From the dynamic streets of Birmingham, England to Canada's serene wilderness, my art journey has been enriched by the '70s experimental art scene. Starting with architectural rendering post-Beal Arts and Tech High School in London, Ontario. I later founded the Newmarket School of Fine Art, which is still proudly running after over 20 years by one of my former teachers and good friend.(https://newmarketartschool.com). After that, my son Steven and I created a new business making custom canvases, which has been running for close to a decade now (https://www.canvasdepot.online). Finally it has become time for me to become more intensely focused on painting, for myself and for the viewers and collectors. I have a diverse range of subjects I like, from landsapes to florals, fantasy, and abstracts, and another endeavor with my son, art furniture by Cuttlefish. My evolving portfolio celebrates design, color, and creativity, with my main subjects being Canadian landscapes. Although my subjects change, I hope you will notice my style that blends traditional with a more modern graphic style. This blend of experiences and interests shapes my unique artistic narrative, inviting viewers into my world of imagination and discovery.
