We stand fully behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece, and we want you to buy with complete confidence.

Original Paintings & Art Furniture

Change of mind: You may return an original painting or piece of art furniture within 30 days of delivery, provided it arrives back in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and the outbound shipping cost we covered on your order is deducted from the refund. Items returned with any damage are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Damaged in transit: Please photograph the piece as you unpack it — with the packaging and packing slip visible — and send us several clear photos within 7 days of delivery. Every shipment is fully insured. Once we’ve reviewed and approved the photos, we’ll arrange a repair, a replacement of equal value where possible, or a full refund.

Finish or painting issues that are our fault (e.g., varnish, resin, or the painting itself): we’ll cover return shipping and repair-and-return at our cost, or issue a full refund if you’d prefer not to keep the piece.

Signed & Numbered Prints (limited edition of 95)

Same terms as originals, with one difference: because each signed & numbered print is made to order until the edition of 95 is complete, a 30% fee is deducted from change-of-mind refunds. Damaged or defective prints are handled the same as originals (photos within 7 days; repair, replacement, or refund).

Standard Fine-Art Prints

Standard prints are produced to order by our print partner and shipped directly to you. Because they’re custom-made, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If a print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Commissions

Commissioned works are custom and non-refundable once approved at the sketch/progress stage; the 50% deposit is non-refundable after work begins. If a completed commission is returned, a 30% fee plus all shipping costs (both the outbound shipping we covered and your return shipping) is deducted from any refund.
